VARUN DHAWAN WORKOUT
Varun Dhawan born on April 24, 1987 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. VARUN Dhawan is an Indian film actor and son of famous Bollywood director David Dhawan. Varun Dhawan stole the hearts of a million girls with his debut movie, STUDENT OF THE YEAR. Varun Dhawan also became an inspiration for a lot of men in the country. Varun Dhawan made a striking impression on the audience with his amazing look, six pack abs body and fine acting skills.
So, girls and boys, we are talking about none other than the latest sensation in the bollywood, Varun Dhawan. With that perfect combination of killer looks. Varun was an athlete during his school days, and that required him to work hard to increase his stamina. He did so by swimming all through his school years. He swims even now if he has time on hand.


VARUN DHAWAN IS TRAINING REALLY HARD FOR HIS UPCOMING MOVIE, JUDWAA 2 AND GIVING US FITNESS GOALS
Varun Dhawan is again giving us major fitness goals, yet again. He is training hard for his upcoming film, Judwaa 2, with fitness trainer Prashant Sawant for a new training program called the body Shred Program. Prashant says," Varun need to have a different physique from the one he has had before in ABCD 2 or Dishoom. Varun has to be more muscular and yet more flexible as he will do a lot of action and dancing for the sequel .
Since Judwaa 2 is a sequel of a classic salman khan comedy, Varun seems to be rally feeling the pressure to look as good as bhai in the movie.
Varun basically does two forms of training - weight training and pilates. Varun works out for about one and a half hours, four to six times in a week.
VITAL STATUS:
chest- 44 inches or 107 cm.
Biceps-15.5 inches or 39 cm.
Waist- 33 inches or 76 cm.


Routine - Varun admits that he is obsessed with fitness. He can't imagine his life without fitness. His workout begins with a simple warmup up to about 10 to 15 min.

Warm up - varun says that warm is very crucial part of working out that is often ignored by people. Warm up sets the pace of your body for the exercises. It increase your heart rate, activates your muscles and thus, prevents your muscles from injuries during exercising.


Exercises - Varun's workout is a mix of several forms of exercises. Prashant has incorporated martial arts, freestyle exercise weight lifting and heavy duty cardio so that varun gets the right stimulation to get a lithe body. For weight lifting Varun never goes beyond 25 to 30 kg. His exercise continuously swap between heavy to light and light to heavy weights. He also does mixes martial arts training.

In one of his interviews with zoom, Varun said:
"EAT WHAT YOUR MOTHER TELL YOU. BUT NOT ALWAYS, BECAUSE SOME MOTHER PRESCRIBE BUTTERMILK, PARATHAS WITH GHEE, ETC.

Breakfast - It is very popular saying that "You become what you eat" Varun has a very protein rich breakfast as it is very important to built and develop muscles. He has omelet, sandwich made with whole heat grains, oatmeal etc.


Lunch - Varun has a simple lunch that consists of 3 chapattis, vegetables and chicken .


Dinner - Since dinner is supposed to be the lightest meal of the day, he has mixed vegetables and grilled fish in the night. He tops it with a cup of a green tea, etc.

HERE ARE THE DOs AND DON'Ts THAT THE ACTOR FOLLOWS:

  • He stay away from high salt, high sugar and oily food items.
  • He never ears carbs at night and if he does, he make sure they have a low glycemic index, so that it does not lead to sugar rush in his body.
  • He eats small meals every two to three hours and drinks five to six liters of water everyday.
  • He snacks on lotus seeds, papayas, protein smoothies and bananas.

I do a mix and match of many exercises. But before anything i do, i go for a warm up as it of prime importance.
