So, today i will tell you the best six biceps exercises for beginners are shown below:
  • Push-ups
In push-ups we can do 3 sets, in 1st set we can do 9-10 reps, in 2nd set we can do 9-10 reps, and in last 3rd set we can do 10-12 reps. ( take 20 sec rest between every set )

  • Bicep curls
In bicep curls we can do 3 sets, in 1st set we can do 9-10 reps, in 2nd set we can do 9-10 reps, and in last 3rd set we can do 10-12 reps. ( take 20 sec rest between every set )
  • Preacher curls
In preacher curls we can do 3 sets, in 1st set we can do 9-10 reps, in 2nd set we can do 9-10 reps, and in last 3rd set we can do 10-12 reps. ( take 20 sec rest between every set )
  • Hammer curls
