So, today we start chest workout
Best six exercises for beginners are shown below:

  • Push-up
     In push-up we can do 3 sets, In 1st set we      can do 9-10 reps, 2nd set we can do 9-10        reps , and in last 3rd set we can do 10-12        reps. After that take rest for 1 min.
  • Barbell bench press
     In barbell bench press we can do 3 sets,        In 1st set we can do 9-10 reps, 2nd set we      can do 9-10 reps, and in last 3rd set we          can do 10-12 reps. After that take rest for      1 min.
  • Dumbbell fly
     In dumbbell fly we can do 3 sets, In 1st          set we can do 9-10 reps, 2nd set we can          do 9-10 reps, and in last 3rd set we can          do 10-12 reps. After that take rest for 1          min.
  • Dumbbell bench press
     In dumbbell bench press we can do 3            sets, In 1st set we can do 9-10 reps, 2nd          set we can do 9-10 reps, and in last 3rd          set we can do 10-12 reps. After that take        rest for 1 min.
  • Incline dumbbell press
     In incline dumbbell press we can do 3            sets, In 1st set we can do 9-10 reps, 2nd          set we can do 9-10 reps, and in last 3rd          set we can do 10-12 reps. After that take        rest for 1 min.
  • Machine chest press
     In machine chest press we can do 3 sets,        In 1st set we can do 9-10 reps, 2nd set we      can do 9-10 reps, and in last 3rd set we          can do 10-12 reps. After that take rest for      1 min.
