SALMAN KHAN WORKOUT AND DIET PLAN

Abdul Rashid Salim Salman Khan born on 27 December, 1965. Salman Khan is an Indian film actor, Salman Khan nicknamed as the "Shirtless Wonder" of Bollywood, and othar names like- Bhaijaan, Sallu, Tiger and many more. Salman Khan's father Salim Khan is renowned scriptwriter who has written many hit movies. Salman Khan's mother is Sushila Charak who is a Hindu.

Therefore, Salman Khan considers himself as half Muslim and half Hindu. Salman khan studied at the Scindia School at Gwalior. After that Salman Khan studied at St. Stanislaus High School, Mumbai. Salman khan started his acting carrier in 1988 by doing a supporting role in the movie Biwi Ho To Aisi. And now in 2017 Salman Khan upcoming film TUBELIGHT release on 23 june 2017 during EID. This film story is based on the 2015 movie LITTLE BOY.

Salman Khan trainer has revealed that Salman is a hard working person. Salman does some unbelievable stuff that many would not even dare to try. When Salman has tight schedule he may choose to do exercise at 2 am in the night. Salman does 2000 situps, 1000 pushups, or 500 abdominal crunches daily. Salman do workout 3 hours each day. Salman loves cycling, jogging, or swimming, because both three exercises are as important as hitting the gym.

SWIM STRUGGLE: "I learnt to swim after jumping in the water. I was eight year old. My cousins in indore asked me if i know how to swim. I said no. They said jaa seekh le. They tied a rope around me and pushed me into dark well, 30 ft deep. There was a turtle, a snake, and two fish for company. My cousins tied me and left me hanging there with some theory lessons on swimming."


SALMAN KHAN WORKOUT PLAN ON 
MONDAY + WEDNESDAY + FRIDAY
(focus on weight training)


Salman starts his exercises by warming up his body by push ups, jumping and squats.

After that he performs dead-lifts for developing back and leg muscles.


Bench press- flat and inclined- for his chest and biceps.


After this shoulder push press.

He do 8 reps, 4 sets for his smaller muscles like arms and do 12-14 reps, 6 sets for his large muscles like chest.

At last Salman ends his workout session by running slowly on a treadmill.

TUESDAY + THURSDAY + SATURDAY 
(focus on cardio)


Salman starts his workout by running on a treadmill for 15 min.

After that Salman does Abs circuit with crunches, revers crunches, back extensions and side planks, these are done 25 times each in a circuit (4-5 circuits).


After that Salman does 1000 sit ups.

At the end Salman does cardio for about an hour.


And take rest on Sunday.

DIET:-
Salman Khan's diet consists of many things, which provides him different types of vitamins and proteins.


BREAKFAST - Salman Khan's diet includes eggs, bread and butter, mix vegetables, low fat milk, chapatis.


LUNCH - Salman Khan's lunch mostly non vegetarian food. His lunch includes any one non-veg item, fried fish, salad and lots of fruits.


DINNER - Salman Khan's dinner includes chicken and fish. He also like to eat vegetables and different soups.
