PRABHAS WORKOUT FOR BAAHUBALI 2: THE CONCLUSION 
Baahubali 2: The Conclusion was theatrically released over 9000 screens worldwide on 28 April, 2017. Baahubali was the first Telugu to be released 4000 High Definition format. It is estimated that close to 200 screens are being upgraded to 4000 projectors.
Baahubali 2 movie budget is 250 crore, and movie earning into the Box office 1633 crore. In Baahubali 2 Prabhas will not be seen playing any younger or older version but he will be playing a double role, and both the characters demands the best body workout.
Prabhas is an Indian film actor known for his work in the Telugu cinema. Prabhas was born on 23rd October, 1979 Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. 


 Prabhas character shivudu is lean whereas Bahubali is bulky. 
If there was one thing in Baahubali that had us showing more than the film itself, it was the lead actor Prabhas bulked up form. The Baahubali movie, which went on to smash all records in Telugu as well as creating major stir with it's Hindi version, had the actor training really hard and weighting a whopping 130 kg.

  • In the morning Prabhs spends about one and a half hour for cardio.


  • His main focus is on muscles of the body which Prabhs maintains through various fitness techniques.


  • In evening Prabhas lifts weight for about one and a half hour. 


  • The body needs to grow in right proportion. For this one should follow rigorous and weight lifting workouts.


  • Prabhas prefers a daily routine workout with natural proper diet and regular training.


  • Prabhas never too any steroids for building body, Prabhas says drugs are risky and can cause health problems. 


  • Prabhas used compound movements like dead-lifts, squats and bench presses instead of isolation exercises will helped him to gain lots of muscles mass. 


  • Prabhas is training with Luxman Reddy who is an Indian bodybuilder and has won 2010 Mr. World Championships that was held in Las Vegas.


  • Prabhas never miss a workout session even if he is shooting till 11 pm, he will come from the shoot and then go for workout. 

  • "Prabhas has done risky things for his role and even though the team would take all precautions, Prabhas has had some injuries. But that didn't stop him. He would undergo physiotherapy sessions and continue his workouts", Luxman Reddy side.

  • Prabhas diet does not include rice.
