SUGAR
Sugar is my greatest weakness. The trick I learnt was to keep the sugar in my diet, but to the replace all the simple sugars with healthy once. I learnt to eat jaggery, it has a high iron content and kills my sweet craving. I swap sugar for honey. 
I learnt a lot from Akshay Kumar  while we worked together on Brothers. He has a home remedy for everything. I'm all for supplements and protein shakes, but his approach is totally holistic. He'll use spices from the kitchen cabinet to raise your body heat and burn fat faster. He drinks a lot of milk, sleeps about 6-8 hours.
