GURMEET CHOUDHARY
Gurmeet Sitaram Choudhary (born 22 February 1984) know professionally as Gurmeet Choudhary. Gurmeet is an Indian Television actor,  model and dancer. He is one of the fittest men in the TV industry which was evident during his performance in the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa. Gurmeet made his Bollywood debut with Karan Darra's horror thriller movie #Khamoshiyan and also the winner of the fifty season of the dance reality show  Jhalak Dikhla Jaa. Gurmeet played the role of Lord Ram in Ramayan which won him many awards and much appreciation from critics, After that he participated in the reality show #Pati_Patni_Aur_Woh, After that show he played the role of a business magnate Maan Singh Khurana in #Geet. He had also a lead role in the show #Punar_Vivah as Yeah Sindhia.
A source says,"The gym where Gurmeet work out is frequented by a group of women who wanted to lose weight. They asked Gurmeet for tips to achieve their fitness goals. The actor gave them a few diet tips and also monitored their workout session to ensure they were approaching it the right way."
"I'm not much into heavy-weight training. I prefer free-weight training and cardio exercises. I also prefer to practice Martial arts."
Television📺 actors are big stars now a days and they too need to look fit. Fitness is very important for each and every person and every person want to look fit. After all their shoots can go on 12 hours Gurmeet share some of his workout tips.
Gurmeet does strength training, boxing, and also goes for dance classes which, he thinks is a good form of cardio. Gurmeet used to perform hard core exercises but he works more on his arms and Abs. Gurmeet already has six-pack Abs but he want to have eight-pack Abs.

Gurmeet believe that fitness is 80% diet and 20% workout. So, some information related to his diet are as follows :

Gurmeet eat healthy, and eat at short interval. Gurmeet only drink green tea without sugar.

MORNING - Gurmeet starts his day with a glass of vegetable juice.

BREAKFAST - Includes two egg white omelets, brown bread, and a bowl of skimmed milk with wheat flakes.

AFTER TWO AND HALF HOURS  - He has some fruit, which he always carry while travelling.

LUNCH - Boiled chicken, a bowl of dal, rotis, boiled vegetables and brown rice.

EVENING SNACKS - Protein shake with two biscuits.

DINNER - Dal and rotis.

  2. I am pure vegetarian and m not able to take even egg also.. I only eat homemade food and daily go for the gym also in morning and I manage my studies tooo. But still m thinking my diet is not proper.. So what should I do I also preffred green tea only in the morning..
