  • Yogurt

  • Nuts
Nuts are the great source of protein, it also contains good fat. Studies have shown it is not also providing you protien but also can help you to lose weight.


  • Soya
Soya is also best  source of protein. Soya product like soya milk can help you to post recovery. But remember that don't try to consume more than 50gm of protein from soya source in a day.
